Our vision for Downtown Wilmington is that of a 24 hour/seven day-a-week
city center for living, working, shopping, dining, education, culture and entertainment:
We are a non-profit that seeks to create a friendly, safe, clean, inviting and economically strong place to work, do business, live, shop and be entertained. We see a safe, clean, thriving downtown open after hours, businesses bustling with activity and events that invite all sectors to come together to define a strong sense of self and of community.
