Centralized Intake: If you are in need of shelter, call 2-1-1. The operator will ask you a few questions, and if you need to be seen for an assessment and shelter referral you will be connected to Centralized Intake. Once connected please leave a clear message with your name and phone number, and someone will get back to you to set up an assessment appointment as soon as possible. Please be advised that it may take some time for an assessment and shelter referral to take place, as the waiting list for shelter beds can be quite long. If there is a code purple weather-related crisis shelter available in your community you do not need to be seen by Centralized Intake first.
