Downtown Visions has partnered with the Wilmington Police Department to establish the Downtown Safety E-Mail Alert List, an emergency communications network. This email list provides subscribers with timely information concerning incidents ranging from traffic and safety situations (fires, accidents, severe weather, etc.) to emerging crime trends, notable arrests, and other safety matters. The list is also used to distribute various messages and press releases from the Office of the Mayor.
