Bardea’s name captures the vision that co-owners Scott Stein and Antimo DiMeo had since conceptualizing the restaurant over 5 years ago. DiMeo’s Pizzaiuoli Napulitani is a Neapolitan inspired pizzeria and restaurant located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Father and son, Pino and Antimo DiMeo, have reinvented the pizza restaurant concept by creating a one-of-a-kind pizzeria that is considered the best in Delaware. The Italian inspired menu includes antipasti, artisan panini, salads, and an assortment of innovative pasta dishes. Pizzas are made with premium ingredients such as mozzarella di bufala, sourced and flown in weekly from Campania, Naples.
